We offer a once-annual back order service for a wider range of ceramic moulds from Clay Magic, Creative Paradise and Starlite, along with selected glass moulds available through Creative Paradise.

This service is ideal if you are looking for specialist casting moulds that are not part of our normal stocked range. Simply browse the manufacturer websites below and follow the ordering steps to place your request with Cromartie.

We place one annual combined ceramic and glass mould order each year. Availability will be confirmed by our team when your order request has been received.

Our glass mould back order service is available exclusively through Creative Paradise. You can browse Creative Paradise glass moulds using the following link - please follow the same ordering process as below.

How to Place Your Order

  1. Visit one of the manufacturer websites listed below.
  2. Find the ceramic or glass mould code you require. Glass moulds are available only through Creative Paradise. Please make a note of the item number and manufacturer.
  3. Whatever the listed dollar price, we will match it in pounds sterling, for example $10 = £10. This price includes shipping and import duty.
  4. When your mould arrives, we will contact you to arrange collection or despatch. We only place one annual mould order, and availability will be confirmed when ordering.
  5. Moulds are fragile, so we encourage collection where possible. Alternatively, they can be despatched on a pallet with other goods if preferred.
  6. To place an order, email the mould details, your full name, address and daytime telephone number to Mould Orders .

Once we receive your order, we will contact you to confirm pricing. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all mould orders. The balance must be paid when the mould arrives before delivery is arranged.
